Login Guide
How to Log In to Your Wirabet Account Safely
Logging in to your Wirabet account is a quick and secure process. That said, there are a few things worth knowing to keep your login experience smooth every time – especially if you play across multiple devices or locations.
Wirabet supports two main login methods – using your registered email address or username, or your Malaysia phone number (+60). Choose whichever works best for you. Most Malaysian players prefer using their phone number as it's easy to remember and quicker to enter.
Wirabet Login Security Features
Account security is Wirabet's top priority. Our platform uses the same 256-bit SSL encryption trusted by Malaysia's leading banks to protect all communication between your device and our servers – meaning your login details cannot be intercepted by any third party in transit.
Additionally, Wirabet offers Two-Factor Authentication (2FA), which sends an OTP to your phone each time you log in from a new device or unrecognised location. This ensures that even if someone knows your password, they still cannot access your account without your phone.
Wirabet Account Security Tips
Here are the recommended best practices for all Malaysian players to keep their Wirabet account secure:
- Use a strong, unique password – a mix of uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols.
- Never share your password with anyone, including anyone claiming to be from the Wirabet support team – our team will never ask for your password.
- Enable 2FA in your account security settings – it's your strongest layer of protection.
- Avoid logging in over public Wi-Fi without a VPN – public connections can expose you to security risks.
- Log out of your account after every session, especially when using a shared computer or device.
- Always check that the URL is wirabet.bet before entering your login details.
Login Issues? Here's How to Fix Them
If you're having trouble logging in, the first step is to use the "Forgot Password" option found below the login button. Enter the email address or Malaysia phone number registered to your account, and we'll send you an OTP or password reset link within minutes.
If your account gets locked after several failed login attempts, this is Wirabet's automatic security mechanism working to protect you. Contact our customer support via live chat – our team speaks Bahasa Melayu and is ready to help you unlock your account after a quick identity verification.
Remember: Wirabet will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or live chat. If you receive any such request, please report it to us immediately at support@wirabet.bet.
